摘  要:以包钢尾矿为原料进行了硫酸体系的高压浸出、P204体系萃取浸出液、洗涤有机相、反萃优溶分离铌钪、P350体系提纯粗钪液、精钪液草酸沉淀、草酸钪煅烧等试验,探索出了完整的工艺流程参数。并获得了99.9%的氧化钪和99.9%的氧化铌。整个工艺过程中钪的浸出率大于90%,钪的总回收率大于70%;铌的浸出率大于65%,铌的总回收率大于50%,实现对包钢尾矿的钪、铌资源的有效综合利用。In this paper,experiments have been conducted on high-pressure leaching of scandium with sulfuric acid from Baogang tailings,extraction of scandium in P204 system from the leachate,removal of Ti and Fe from organic phase,separation of scandium from niobium by using stripping and prior dissolution,purification of scandium solution with P350,precipition of scangium with oxalic acid and calcinations of scandium precipitate.Technological process and parameters for recovery of scandium were determined.Scandium oxide and nibium oxide with purity of 99.9% were obtained.Leaching rate and recovery rate for scandium and niobium exceeded 90%,70%,65% and 50%,respectively,showing effective utilization of scandium and niobium resources in Baogang tailinbs.
