摘　　要：为提高高强度螺栓连接质量和充分挖掘材料的强度潜力,避免不必要的材料浪费、降低制造成本,必须正确规定高强度螺栓的预紧力。本文从螺栓的受力状况和材料强度理论出发,推导出高强度螺栓预紧力与螺纹表面摩擦系数的关系。Pre-tightening force of high strength bolt should be correctly set in order to improve the con- nection quality, fully exploit the potentiality of material strength, avoid unnecessary waste of material and reduce manufacturing cost. This paper introduces the relationship between pre-tightening force of high strength bolt and friction coefficient of thread surface based on the stress state of bolt and the theory of material strength.
