摘　　要：通过对科研成果转化机制中存在的科研评估机制不完善、缺乏科研成果转化服务机构以及科研立项缺乏产业导向等问题的分析,提出了以下建议:完善科研管理系统、出台专门的政策法规、关注成果转化机制的系统性与协调性及建立科技成果转化的评估机制。through the analysis the biggest problem is the conversion mechanism of scientific achievements of scientific research evaluation mechanism is not perfect,the lack of scientific research achievement transformation service mechanism and lack of industry oriented research project.proposes the following suggestions：system and coordination and establish evaluation mechanism of scientific and technological achievements into the improvement of scientific research management system,introduced specific policies and regulations,pay attention to achievements transformation mechanism.
