摘　　要：发展新兴产业已成为保持国家竞争力的重要基础,而新兴产业的进一步发展关键是要掌握核心技术,突破关键技术对新兴产业发展有着至关重要的作用。当前国际社会经济技术发展的新趋势,即关键技术的突破与产业发展更加紧密地结合在一起,二者相互依存相辅相成。本文基于关键技术与新兴产业的关系视角,分析关键技术的创造效应,深入研究发展新兴产业对关键技术突破的依赖性,最后提出我国产业结构的调整、发展新兴产业对策建议。the development of emerging industry has become an important basis for maintaining the national competitiveness,and it is further development of key emerging industry is to master the core technology,has a crucial role in the development of emerging industries of key technology breakthrough.The new trend of the development of economy and technology of the international community now is the key technological breakthroughs and industrial development more closely together,the interdependence of two complement each other.Based on the relationship of key technology and emerging industries as the research starting point,analysis of the key technology to create effect,and finally put forward the development of emerging industries to focus on breakthroughs in key technologies,puts forward proposals for the development of emerging industries,the adjustment of industrial structure in china.
