硫酸镁治疗前后重度子痫前期孕妇血清胱抑素C水平变化的研究

摘　　要：目的研究重度子痫前期经硫酸镁治疗后血清胱抑素C水平变化。方法选取2011年5月-2012年12月在广州医学院附属深圳沙井医院确诊治疗的重度子痫前期病例30例纳入研究组,同期选择健康孕妇30例作为对照组,所有观察对象于硫酸镁治疗前测量外周血清胱抑素C水平,24h后重度子痫前期组再次抽血检测血清胱抑素C水平。结果 1重度子痫前期组治疗前血清胱抑素C水平为1.33±0.57mg/L,对照组为0.85±0.11mg/L,两组间比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。2重度子痫前期组硫酸镁治疗后血清胱抑素C水平为1.20±0.14mg/L,较治疗前降低,差异比较有统计学意义,P<0.05,3重度子痫前期组硫酸镁治疗后尽管血清胱抑素C水平下降,但较对照组比较,仍明显升高,差异比较有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论重度子痫前期孕妇经硫酸镁治疗后血清胱抑素C水平下降。Objective：To study on the level of serum cystatin C in the pregnant women with preeclampsia before and after the intervention of magnesium sulfate. Methods：From 2011 May-2012 year in December in Guangzhou Medical College affiliated Shenzhen Shajing hospital diagnosis and treatment of severe preeclampsia cases study group 30 cases into,and selected 30 healthy pregnant women as control group,all the observed objects in magnesium sulfate before intervention measure peripheral cystatin C level,24 hours after the severe preeclampsia group again. Detection of serum cystatin C level. Results：severe preeclampsia group before treatment,serum cystatin C level was 1.33 ± 0.57mg/L,0.85 ± 0.11mg/L in the control group,two in control group with significant differences,P〈0.05. In severe preeclampsia group magnesium sulfate treatment serum cystatin C level was 1.20 ±0.14mg/L,decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant,P〈0.05,severe preeclampsia group magnesium sulfate after intervention,despite the decline in serum cystatin C level,but compared with the control group,the difference was significantly increased,compared with statistical significance,P〈0.05. Conclusion：the decreased level of cystatin C in serum by magnesium sulfate in the treatment of severe preeclampsia.
