摘 要:目的检测不孕不育症患者生殖道感染状况,探讨生殖道感染与不孕不育症的关系。方法选择2009年1月至2013年10月医院收治的不孕不育症夫妇456例作为试验组,同期200例健康生育夫妇作为对照组,对两组进行生殖道感染检测。结果不孕组解脲支原体(UU)感染115例,感染率25.22%,沙眼衣原体(CT)感染26例,感染率5.70%,淋球菌(NG)感染4例,感染率0.90%,对照组UU感染26例,感染率13%,CT感染7例,感染率3.5%,NG感染2例,感染率1%;不孕组UU感染率显著高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),CT和NG感染率两组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。不育组UU感染98例,感染率21.49%,CT感染22例,感染率4.82%,NG感染12例,感染率2.63%,对照组UU感染18例,感染率9%,CT感染6例,感染率3%,NG感染3例,感染率1.5%;不育组UU感染率显著高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),CT和NG感染率两组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论生殖道UU感染可能与不孕不育症的发生密切相关,而CT和NG感染在不孕不育症中虽有一定的感染,但感染率没有显著增加。Objcetive:To detect the reproductive tract infections status in infertility,and to explore the relationship between the reproductive tract infections and infertility. Methods:A total of 456 cases of infertile couples who were treated in the hospital from Jan 2009 to Oct 2013 were chosen as the experimental group,and at the same period 200 cases of healthy couples were set as the control group.The reproductive tract infections in two groups were tested. Results:In the experimental group of infertile women there were 115(25.22%)cases with Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU)infection,26(5.70%)cases with Chlamydia trachomatis(CT)infection and 4(0.90%)cases with Neisseria gonorrhoeae(NG)infection while in the control group of healthy women there were there were 26(13%)cases with UU infection、7(3.5%)cases with CT infection and 2(1%)cases with NG infection. The incidence rates of the UU infection of the experimental group of infertile women was significantly higher than that of the control group of healthy women,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The incidence rates of CT and NG infection between two women groups were no statistical significance(P〉0.05). In the experimental group of infertile men there were 98(21.49%)cases with UU infection,22(4.82%)cases with CT infection and 12(2.63%)cases with NG infection while in the control group of healthy men there were there were 18(9%)cases with UU infection、6(3%)cases with CT infection and 3(1.5%)cases with NG infection. The incidence rates of UU infection of the experimental group of infertile men was significantly higher than that of the control group of healthy men,the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The incidence rates of CT and NG infection between two men groups were no statistical significance(P〉0.05). Conclusions:UU infection may play an important role in the pathogenesis of infertility.
