摘　　要：轨道交通运营的行业监管体制是正常运营的重要保障,本研究分析了国内多个城市的轨道交通行业监管状况,总结了国内轨道交通行业监管的典型模式。基于此,本文提出了城市轨道交通运营行业监管范围、内容和工作职责,以及完善城市轨道交通管理体制的保障措施。Government regulatory system of urban rail transit is an important for normal operation. This study analyzed the regulatory status of rail transit for domestic Cities, summarized the typical patterns of rail transit regulatory system in China. Based on this, the range, content and work responsibilities of regulation were put forward, and several safeguards were proposed to improve the regulatory system of rail transit operation.
