摘　　要：基于目的地系统管理的整体性原理和综合性原理,以广州市为案例,针对目的地管理中存在的问题,通过建立途径-目标整合战略模型,提出特定类型目的地系统管理的战略,以实现区域旅游可持续发展。为了充分发挥旅游业对各类社会资源的优化、组合、提升和完善功能,需要对行业进行重新整合,以促进广州市旅游资源系统的功能涌现;需要对区域进行重新整合,以促进广州市旅游区域系统的结构涌现;需要对旅游要素进行重新整合,以促进广州市旅游经济系统的效益涌现。Based on the principles of holistic and integration of destination systems management, this paper putted forward the systems management strategy in a specific type of destination to achieve sustain- able development of regional tourism, through estab- lishing a pathways-target integration strategy model to solve the problems in destination management, tak- ing Guangzhou as a case. In order to take full advantage of the tourism industry＇s function of optimization, portfolio, enhance and improve on the various social resources, it is necessary to re-integrate the indus- tries in order to promote the functional emergence of the tourism resource system in Guangzhou, to re-inte- grate the regions in order to promote the structure e- mergence of the tourism region system in Guangzhou, and to re-integrate tourism elements in order to promote the benefit emergence of tourism economy system in Guangzhou.
