摘 要:目的建立水中微量砷的波长色散X射线荧光光谱测定法。方法水样在氦气的保护下直接进样,样品量为7 ml,耗时100 s,采用波长色散X射线荧光光谱法测定As Kα1谱线的强度,以确定水样中砷的含量。结果该方法在2.05~200mg/L浓度范围内的线性关系良好,r=0.999 8。该方法的检出限为0.3 mg/L,平均回收率为97.1%~107.0%,RSD〈1.45%。结论该方法具有快速、灵敏、准确、环保的特点,适用于对大批水样的砷进行长期、频繁监测。Objective To establish a method for the determination of trace arsenic in water using wave-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(XRF). Methods 7 ml water samples were treated directly with helium shielding gas without sample pretreatment. The intensity of spectral line As Kα1was measured by XRF to determine the amount of arsenic in the water samples within 100 s. Results Good linearity was shown when the concentration of arsenic ranged in 2.05-200 mg/L,and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 8.The limit of detection was 0.3 mg/L,and the rates of recovery were 97.1%-107.0%. RSDs were less than 1.45%. Conclusion The method is rapid,sensitive,accurate, eco-friendly,applicable for monitoring of arsenic in water.
