摘　　要：多环芳烃受体(aryl hydrocarbon receptor,Ah R)是在研究多环芳烃类物质时发现的一种重要蛋白。近些年的研究发现,Ah R与雌激素依赖性疾病也有密切关系。为揭示芳香烃受体与雌激素依赖性疾病之间的关系,该文就芳香烃受体与多种雌激素依赖性疾病的关系及其作用机制进行了综述,为今后的相关研究提供参考依据。Aryl hydrocarbon receptor（Ah R） is an important protein which was found in the study of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon substances, and recent studies show that it is closely related to the estrogen-dependent diseases. To reveal the relationship between the aryl hydrocarbon receptor and estrogen-dependent diseases,and further more to know the mechanism of the action,through literature retrieval,the relationship and the mechanism of receptor aromatic hydrocarbons with a variety of estrogen-dependent diseases were systemically introduced in this paper so as to provide an important reference for the researches in the future.
