基础研究中产出的专利——“巴斯德式”专利视角

摘　　要：巴斯德式的研究范式被界定为巴斯德象限,巴斯德的专利行为开创了从基础研究中产出专利的典型范式。通过对巴斯德的专利进行详实考察,可以揭示出巴斯德式专利的形成机理和战略意义,也可对我国基础研究中的专利产出提供典型的案例借鉴。可以认为,应从科研主体、产学研合作、政策支撑等维度推动我国巴斯德式专利的产出,提升我国的创新能力和国际竞争力。The type of research paradigm of Pasteur is considered as Pasteur＇s Quadrant.Pasteur＇s act of patent also initiates the possible route for produce patent from basic research.With the full and accurate inspection,the formation mechanism and strategic significance of Pasteur＇s kind of patent can be revealed,and a representative case can be referred for patent production from national important basic research.It＇s considered that we should drive the output of Pasteur＇s kind of patent from the views of the subject of scientific research,the cooperation of industry-university-research and the support by policy,and promote the national innovation capability as well as international competitive power.
