摘  要:结合复杂系统理论和科技创业理论构建了区域创业生态系统的多Agent模型,该模型通过各类科技创业相关Agent行为之间的交互作用模拟区域科技创业生态系统的演化规律,应用Netlogo对模型进行仿真,通过改变政策工具变量和各类Agent属性参数观察区域科技企业数量的变化,然后对仿真结果进行分析。研究结果发现:(1)创业政策实施需要一定的时间,急功近利的措施可能会破坏科技创业生态系统的正常运行。(2)中介服务机构和创业金融机构数量的增加有利于促进区域科技创业活动。(3)政府对PE/VC等金融机构的风险补偿优于对科技创业家的直接补贴。(4)良好的创业教育和区域产学研合作网络有利于区域科技创业生态系统的良性发展。Based on complex system theory and technology entrepreneurship theory,a Multi-Agent model of regional science and technology based entrepreneurial ecosystem is conducted.The model highlights the role of interaction between heterogeneous agents in the evolutionary process of regional entrepreneurial ecosystem.Netlogo simulation modeling is carried out to analyze the effect of parameter variation on the numbers of technology firm in the region.The results indicate that(1) the implement of government government-driven initiatives will take some time.So it requires the policy maker to be patient.(2) The government can facilitates the growth of entrepreneurial ecosystem by attracting more professional supporting services such as lawyers,accountants and capital services to provide financial resources,such as angel investors and private equity.(3) It is better for government to reward the providers of capital such as private equity or venture capital for taking risk investment in new technology ventures than provide the entrepreneurial firms financial assistance directly.(4) Good entrepreneurship education and regional industry-university-research cooperation network are essential to successfully build an efficient entrepreneurial ecosystem.
