摘 要:目的研究水对固态胺材料吸附低浓度CO2性能的影响。方法通过比较无水和水存在时固态胺材料吸附0.4%(v/v)CO2的性能,考察水对固态胺材料的吸附性能的影响。结果当吸附气中水含量3.71~12.84 mg/L时,固态胺材料的CO2平衡吸附量从50.53 mg/g提高到69.83 mg/g,水含量在12.84~22.37 mg/L时,固态胺材料的CO2平衡吸附量从69.83 mg/g下降至~48 mg/g。吸附气水含量为8.5 mg/L时,水参与下固态胺材料的CO2吸附速率更大。结论实验所用固态胺材料的CO2平衡吸附量受到水的影响,适量水存在能提高固态胺材料的CO2平衡吸附量,但水含量达到一定程度后,固态胺材料的CO2平衡吸附量有下降趋势。在20℃吸附温度下,一定量的水含量(8.5 mg/L)不但能提高固态胺材料对CO2的吸附速率且并不影响固态胺材料的CO2脱附性能。Objective To study the effects of moisture on characteristics of solid amine adsorbent for capturing of dilute CO2 in closed cabin. Methods Compared with dry gas flow,the effect of moisture on characteristics of solid amine adsorbent for capturing of dilute CO2 was studied. Results It was found that the equilibrium adsorption capacity of CO2 was quite different with moisture present and water had a promoting effect on CO2 adsorption capacity under a certain amount of water. The CO2 equilibrium adsorption capacity increased significantly from 50. 5 mg /g to 69. 8 mg /g as the water content increased from 3. 71 mg /L to 12. 84 mg /L but decreased somewhat to 48. 05 mg /g as the water content further increased from 12. 84 mg /L to 22. 37 mg /L.Conclusion The CO2 equilibrium adsorption capacity is changed with moisture present,water has a promoting effect on CO2 equilibrium adsorption capacity with certain realms,but it decreases when water content is higher than a given value. The adsorption rate constant of CO2 increases with moisture present( 8. 5 mg /L) at 20℃ and water doesn't change the desorption performance of solid amine adsorbent.
