摘 要:目的开发一种无泡供氧的催化氧化固定床反应器,在不产生气泡的情况下直接把氧气溶解到废水中,解决微重力条件下气液分离困难、气泡附着等问题。方法以疏水性微孔中空纤维膜为气液分离介质建立无泡供氧单元,以H2O2预处理活性炭载体,采用氯铂酸浸渍法制备Pt/C催化剂,组合建立无泡供氧固定床催化氧化反应器。结果当反应器内供氧压力控制在5 kPa、水力停留时间为20 min时,对乙醇的催化氧化降解率可达99%以上。结论 Pt/C催化剂对乙醇具有较好的催化氧化活性,对乙醇的去除率最高可达100%;无泡供氧催化氧化固定床反应器具有很好的应用前景。Objective To develop a fixed-bed catalytic oxidation reactor with bubbleless aeration,and the oxygen is dissolved into water without bubble. This technique can facilitate oxygen-water separation and avoid the attachment of bubble under microgravity condition. Methods A hydrophobic hollow fiber membrane was used as separation media. The Pt /AC catalyst was prepared by using chloroplatinic acid via impregnation method.The fixed-bed-catalytic oxidation reactor was built by integrating the above modules. Results The removal of ethanol in simulated wastewater achieved 99% by fixed-bed-catalytic oxidation when the oxygen pressure was kept at 5 kPa and the retention time was 20 min. Conclusion Pt /C catalyst has a good activity for ethanol removal in water and the maximal removal could reach up to nearly 100%. It indicates that the fixed-bed-catalytic oxidation reactor is a promising technique in condensate water treatment in space capsule.
