摘 要:作为建筑领域重要的低碳技术之一,地源热泵技术近些年在我国发展迅速。这与我国政府的政策扶持是密不可分的。文章回顾了国家对地源热泵推广的鼓励政策,包括法律法规标准、财政补贴与产业规划。尽管地源热泵技术对我国能源结构的调整作用有限,但对低碳发展有着重要的意义。技术实际应用过程中,热泵性能系数不能得到保证,以致最终节能效果不佳。基于此,探讨影响热泵效率的常见原因并为技术的推广并建议今后政策执行应该侧重对效率的评估。As an important low carbon technology in architecture sector, the ground source heat pump technology has been developed fast in recent years. The major reason for its application is the supported policies from government, which includes laws, regulations, standards, subsidies, and sector plans. Although its contribution to energy structure adjustment is limited, it is regarded as a key measure for local governments to pursue low carbon development. Practically, it is difficult to grantee energy efficiency of the ground source heat pump, which is due to the low value of coefficient of performance (COP). The paper also discussed the elements which impacts the efficiency of the ground source heat pump. Finally, policy implications of its future application were proposed, suggesting that policy assessment should base on the efficiency.
