摘　　要：目的:分析我国新型农村合作医疗支付方式改革的现状,发现问题。方法:全国新型农村合作医疗支付方式改革现状调查及数据分析。结果:目前新型农村合作医疗支付方式改革仍然存在实际覆盖率较低、支付标准难以合理确定、缺乏内在激励措施等问题。结论:应加强培训、分布实施及进行综合性的支付制度改革。Objective：To analyze the current situation and discover problems of payment reform under new rural cooperative medical system.Methods：The investigation and data analysis for the current situation of payment reform under new rural cooperative medical system.Results：Low coverage rate, difficult to make the standard of payment and lack of incentives still existed in payment reform of new rural cooperative medical system.Conclusion：It is needed to strengthen the training, distribute implementation and perform integrated payment system reform.
