摘 要:城市共同配送体系的形成,需要货物、货运车辆、城市道路与交通环境的支撑。商品流通的增长在给物流企业带来活力的同时,也增加了城市的交通压力。集散节点、道路与车辆是配送作业的基础设施,合理的三级配送节点布局、接力配送车辆选择,在降低物流运营成本的同时也减小了道路占用、尾气排放。货运交通管理从单一限行管理,到交通、设施、需求等综合管理方式的转变,以及多种共同配送模式的形成、资源整合的政策引导,都会综合提升共同配送的规模效应。The formation of urban joint distribution system, need of the goods, freight vehicles, urban road and traffic environment to support. The growth of commodity circulation, to bring vitality to the logistics enterprises, also increased the urban traffic flow. Cargo collection and scattered location, road and vehicle, are the infrastructure of logistics distribution operations. Reasonable layout of three stage distribution node, effective selection of combined transport vehicle, can reduce the logistics operating costs, reduce road area occupied and exhaust emissions. Traffic management from freight vehicle simple limit line, change into the overall management of freight traffic management, traffic facilities management, logistics demand management. And the formation of joint distribution model, a variety of logistics resources integration policyguidance, etc. will greatly enhance the scale effect of joint distribution.
