摘　　要：通过全面分析现代烟草农业的内涵特征,系统梳理分析云南烟叶现化发展现状、发展模式、现代化进程以及主要存在问题,提出云南现代烟草农业发展的政策建议,从而加快云南省烟叶现代化发展,推动"三农"问题的解决。Through a comprehensive analysis of the connotation of modern tobacco agriculture characteristics, this paper systematically analyzes the main existing problems, the current situation of the development of tobacco, the development model, modernization in Yunnan, and puts forward policy suggestions on the development of modern tobacco agriculture in Yunnan Province, so as to accelerate the development of Yunnan tobacco modernization, promote the solution of the problem of＂agriculture, rural areas and farmers＂.
