摘　　要：简要介绍了生态文化旅游地产的发展背景及研究的必要性,以生态旅游地产的研究方法和结论为参考,对生态文化旅游地产开发模式的分类进行了研究,将生态文化旅游地产的开发模式划分为两大类和五小类。通过建立开发模式评价指标体系模型,并以大明宫国家生态遗址公园为案例进行实证研究,采用模糊综合评价法对案例指标评分进行数据处理,验证了该模型的可行性。This paper briefly introduces the necessity tourism property, to research method and conclusion of developing background and research of ecological and cultural of eco-tourism estate with reference to the classification of eco- cultural tourism real estate development model is studied, the development mode of ecological cultural tourism estate type is divided into two categories and five kinds. Through the establishment of development model of evaluation index system model, and taking the Daming Palace National Heritage Park as a case of empirical research, this research set up a case index score for data processing by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and verified the feasibility of the model.
