摘　　要：新医改背景下的医院改革与社会管理进一步结合,在满足地域配套需求的情况下,依托大型公立医院的无形资产所建立的公办医疗机构是一种全新的医疗资源建立模式。Under the background of new medical reform, hospital reform and social management were further combined. Under the situation of satisfying regional demand support, establishing public medical institutions based on intangible asset of large public hospitals was a new establishment mode of medical resources.
