传统历史街道商业业态空间的发展模式——以青岛中山路为例

摘　　要：本文关注了青岛中山路作为具有传统历史价值的商业街,其商业环境与业态空间的形成及发展模式。内容包括,中山路业态空间的发展演变及现状特征,影响其发展的因素等方面。研究涉及了商业形态与街道空间的关系,历史街道空间如何应对快速变化的业态空间,历史街区保护与新商业环境等问题。从业态空间的角度,思考对历史街道商业环境的保护。The development mode of Qingdao Zhongshan road＇ s historical and commercial values was researched in this paper, from the perspective of business environment and spatial structure of commercial types. Its historical evolvement, elements that can effect its development, status features and evaluations were focused in this paper, and finally came up with the suggestions to improve spatial structure of commercial types. The research was to find strategies to manipulate its historical values to apply functions of modern commercial street, the interactive relationships between street and commercial types, the adjustability of historical districts were also included.
