摘　　要：目的:探讨急性颅脑损伤患者血清中hs-CRP与IL-6的动态变化与意义。方法:260例急性颅脑损伤患者依病情分为三组,分别测定0、l d、2 d、3 d、7 d、11 d、15 d血清hs-CRP与IL-6浓度。结果:血清hs-CRP与IL-6在急性颅脑损伤后均有明显的升高,病情越重,升高越明显,持续时间也越长。结论:hs-CRP及IL-6升高与病情的严重程度相关,可反映患者伤情的严重程度及其预后。Objective To investigate the serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） and Interleukin-6（IL-6） change tendency in patients with acute brain injury.Methods 260 patients were divided into three groups according to the disease,measured serum hs-CRP and IL-6 concentrations in 0,1 d,2 d,3 d,7 d,11 d and 15 d.Results After acute brain injury,the serum hs-CRP and IL-6 were significantly elevated,the more severe the more obvious and the longer duration.Conclusion The elevated of hs-CRP and IL-6,may reflect the severity of patient injury and prognosis.
