老年冠心病无症状性心肌缺血临床治疗体会

摘　　要：目的:对老年冠心病无症状性心肌块血的治疗方法进行简单探讨。方法:选择老年冠心病无症状性心肌缺血患者100例,分为对照组与观察组,对照组的患者给予硝苯地平进行治疗,观察组的患者给予美托格尔治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果:观察组患者在治疗时间及治疗过程中的发作次数要明显的少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且观察组治疗前后的ST段下移值减少量、ST段压低减少次数、持续总时间要明显的高于对照组患者。结论:在老年冠心病无症状性心肌缺血临床治疗的过程中,应用美托格尔具有较好的治疗效果,是临床中的首选药。Objective Method of treatment of asymptomatic myocardial block blood in elderly patients with coronary artery disease were discussed in this paper.Methods Coronary heart disease in elderly patients with asymptomatic myocardial ischemia in 100 cases,divided into control group and observation group,the control group of patients given nifedipine treatment,the observation group patients were given metoprolol in the treatment,carries out a comparative analysis of two groups of patients treatment effect.Results The patients in observation group were treatment time and treatment process episodes significantly less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,and the observation group before and after treatment of ST segment depression value to reduce the amount of ST segment depression,reduce the number of times,the total duration of significantly higher than the control group patients.Conclusion In elderly coronary heart disease without clinical treatment of symptomatic myocardial ischemia,application of metoprolol in the treatment with good effect,is the preferred drug in clinic.
