摘　　要：目的:评价清得佳凝胶敷料在湿疹皮损创面的影响。方法:选择湿疹皮损创面换药30例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各15例。观察组创面外敷清得佳凝胶敷料;对照组外敷湿疹湿敷剂(中药)。结果:观察组换药硬痂皮损脱落时间、换药次数及愈合时间均少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:清得佳凝胶敷料用于湿疹皮损效果好。Objective：To determine the effects of Qingdejia dressing on healing time in the treatment of eczema.Methods：Thirty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group （15 patients each）.The patients in treatment group were treated with Qingdejia dressing.The patients in control group were treated with wet dressing.Results：The healing time of treatment group was shorter than that in control group.Conclusion：Qingdejia dressing is effective in the treatment of eczema.
