摘 要:随着石油开采量的增加,油井套管损坏的现象越发严重.油套管损伤会造成储层破坏、油田减产问题,甚至油井报废.因此,需要对油井套管应变状态进行实时监测,及时了解套损状况,做好预警和治理工作.本文主要介绍了国内外常用套损监测技术的研究现状,包括光纤传感器套损监测技术、压电超声导波时间反转监测技术、基于钻杆检测的套管磨损监测技术、套损磁法监测技术和套损声发射监测技术,并对这些套损监测技术做了评价和比较.笔者认为基于光学时域反射法(OTDR)建立的套损监测系统,监测精度高,数据传输速率快,具有良好的应用前景.还应加强在套损监测的准确性、有效性,监测传感器位置布置,以及光纤传感监测系统设计等方面的研究,以期构建更加完备的套损在线监测系统.The phenomenon of well casing pipe damage becomes more serious with the increase of oil production.Well casing pipe damage will cause reservoir damage,oil decreased,and even oil wells scrapped.Therefore,the well casing pipe strain state real-time monitoring is necessary,finding out the situation of casing pipe damage in time,and doing well warning and controlling work.In this article,author mainly introduces the research status of common casing pipe damage monitoring technologies in domestic and foreign,including Fiber Sensor Casing Damage Monitoring on line,PZT-based Ultrasonic Guided Waves Time Reversal Method, Casing Damage Monitoring Techniques based on Drill Pipe,Casing Damage Magnetic Monitoring and Casing Damage Monitoring based on AE,and makes some evaluation and comparison for these casing pipe damage monitoring technologies.Author believes that the casing pipe damage monitoring system bases on optical time domain reflectometry(OTDR),which has high monitoring precision,fast data transfer rate,and good application prospects.Author recommends that researchers can do more study on accuracy and effectivity of casing pipe damage monitoring,reasonable layout of monitoring sensors,and design of optical fiber sensing monitoring system,which can establish more comprehensive real-time monitoring system.
