摘　　要：随着现代科学技术的不断发展,计算机软件的发展非常迅速。在计算机软件保护中,其保护形式多种多样,最为常见的保护方法为版权保护法与专利保护法。本文首先对计算机程序的软件版权保护和专利保护方法的优缺点进行分析,并对其之间的区别及选择进行探讨。With thecontinuous development of modern science and technology,the development of computer software very quickly.In the computer software protection,the protection of a variety of forms,the most common method of protection for copyright protection and patent protection law.The advantages and disadvantages of the computer software copyright protection and patent protection methods were analyzed, and the difference and choice between the discussion.
