摘　　要：目的对高危人群进行人类免疫缺陷病毒/艾滋病患者（HIV/AIDS）防治宣传教育和关怀,早发现早治疗,提高其保健意识,降低高危行为,改进和提升现行自愿咨询检侧（VCT）服务。方法对廊坊市疾病预防控制中心VCT点检测结果及相关资料进行分析。结果 2011—2013年总共有1 728名求询者接受咨询,男∶女为2.50∶1,以20~39岁青壮年为主,占55.21%。求询者类型以非婚异性性行为史和男男性行为史为主,且其构成比逐年上升。求询者中共检出67例HIV抗体阳性,阳性率为3.88%。筛查阳性率以注射毒品史者、配偶/固定性伴HIV抗体阳性者和男男性行为史者为高,分别为38.46%、12.16%和7.89%,与其他类型人群之间存在显著性差异。求询者人数和HIV抗体阳性检出率逐年增加,既往检测和初次检测HIV抗体阳性检出率差异有统计学意义。结论在疾病预防控制中心性病门诊开展VCT服务,及时掌握该市高危人群分布、构成及特征,及早发现HIV/AIDS病例,可通过宣传、教育、沟通和关怀,改变或降低高危行为,控制病毒传播,维护群众身体健康。[Objective]To carry out the HIV / AIDS prevention education and care for the high-risk group,achieve early detection and early treatment,improve their health awareness,reduce high-risk behaviors,improve and enhance the voluntary counseling and testing（ VCT） services. [Methods]The detection results and related information of VCT services in Lang Fang Center for Disease Control and Prevention were collected and analyzed. [Results]A total of 1 728 clients received VCT service from 2011 to 2013,the ratio of male-to-female was 2. 50 ∶ 1,and 55. 21% of them were young adults aged 20-39 years old. A majority of the clients had extramarital sexual history and MSM history,and the constituent ratio increased gradually. There were 67 positive cases for HIV,with the positive rate of 3. 88%. The highest HIV antibody positive rate was found among three groups,including intravenous drug abusers,people whose spouses were HIV positive,and MSM,which the positive rate was 38. 46%,12. 16% and 7. 89%,respectively,meanwhile,there were significant differences between these three groups and other groups. VCT clients and HIV positive rate increased year by year. There was a significant difference in HIV positive rate between previous detection and the first detection. [Conclusion]VCT services in STD clinic are helpful for center for disease control and prevention to understand the distribution,composition and characteristics of high-risk groups,and early detection of HIV / AIDS infections. It is feasible to take the publicity,education,communication and care to alter and reduce the high-risk behavior,control the spread of viruses,and safeguard the people＇s health.
