太原市小店区某食品饮料包装厂职业病危害现状评价

摘　　要：目的识别和分析太原市小店区某食品饮料包装生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素,评价其危害程度及职业病危害防护措施的效果,提出合理、可行的职业卫生防护对策和建议。方法采用职业卫生学现场调查、职业卫生检测、检查表法等方法,对生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素程度及职业健康影响进行评价。结果 1该食品包装厂生产过程中存在的主要职业病危害因素有噪声、高温、紫外辐射和氮氧化物;2在检测的工作场所中,各检测点高温湿球黑球温度（WBGT）指数在26.9～29.0℃之间,254 nm波长紫外辐射检测结果为0.02μW/cm^2,297 nm波长紫外辐射检测结果为0.68μW/cm^2,一氧化氮检测结果 CTWA为0.1 mg/m^3,二氧化氮检测结果 CTWA为0.2 mg/m^3,均符合国家职业卫生标准;3噪声共检测39个点,超标9个点,制盖车间噪声超标严重,强度为92.0 d B。结论该企业针对存在的多种职业病危害因素,采取相应的工程控制技术措施和管理措施,基本满足职业病防治相关标准、规范的要求。对于噪声超标现象严重的制盖车间,应进一步完善和改进防噪声措施,以有效地保护作业工人的健康。[Objective]To identify and analyze the occupational hazards during the production process of a food and beverage packaging factory in Xiaodian District of Taiyuan City,evaluate the degree of damage and the effect of protection measures,and put forward the reasonable and feasible measures and recommendations of occupational health protection. [Methods]Occupational health field investigation,occupational health detection and checklist method were adopted to evaluate degree of occupational hazards during the production process and occupational health effects. [Results]1The main occupational hazards in the production process of the factory were noise,high temperature,ultraviolet radiation and nitrogen oxides. 2 In the workplace,the wet bulb globe temperature（ WBGT） index in the detection points were between 26. 9 ℃ and 29. 0 ℃,the results of 254 nm and 297 nm ultraviolet radiation was 0. 02 μW / cm^2 and 0. 68 μW / cm^2 respectively,CTWA of nitric oxide and nitrogen dioxide was 0. 1 mg / m^3 and 0. 2 mg / m^3 respectively,and all of the results met the national occupational health standards. 3Among 39 noise detection points,the noise intensity exceeded the limit in 9 points,and the noise pollution in cap workshop was serious,which was 92. 0 d B. [Conclusion]The factory should carry out the engineering control technical measures and management measures according to the occupational hazards,to basically meet the requirements of relevant occupational disease prevention and control standards and specifications. As for the serious noise pollution in cap workshop,it is necessary to further perfect and improve the noise reduction measures to effectively protect the health of exposed workers.
