复方角菜酸酯栓复合复方利多卡因在肛肠科手术术后镇痛的观察

摘　　要：目的为了观察复方角菜酸酯栓复合复方利多卡因在肛肠科手术术后镇痛的疗效、并发症和患者满意度。方法选择肛肠科手术120例,采用相同剂量和容积左布比卡因做蛛网膜下腔麻醉,效果满意入组。术后治疗组在肛周皮下注射复方利多卡因5 ml,泰宁栓2粒塞肛;对照组在肛周皮下注射复方利多卡因5 ml。观察术后24小时患者疼痛、并发症和患者满意度。结果两组在镇痛效果比较中无统计学意义,正在并发症和患者满意度的比较上具有统计学意义。结论两种方法镇痛效果确切,复方角菜酸酯栓复合复方利多卡因可减少并发症,提高患者满意度,对患者更有利,患者更容易接受。Objective To observe the analgesia efficacy of compound carraghenates suppositoriesand compound lidocaine in postoperativeanorectal surgery,complications and patient satisfaction. Methods 120 cases of anorectal surgery patients received spinal anesthesia by using the same dose and volume of levobupivacaine were enrolled in the study. Patients in treatment group were perianalsubcutaneousinjected with Lidocaine at the dose of5 ml,and 2 pieces of compound carraghenates suppositories weregiven in anus. However,patients in control group were perianal subcutaneous injected with Lidocaine at the dose of 5ml only. Observed the pain of patients after 24 hours,complications,and patient ＇s satisfaction. Results There were no statistically significant difference in analgesic effect between the two groups,but had statistically significant differences in occurrence of complications and patient＇s satisfaction between the two groups. Conclusions The analgesic effect of the two methods were exact,compound carraghenates suppositories combined with compound lidocaine can reduce the occurrence of complications and improve patient ＇s satisfaction,and this method is favorable for patients and more likely be accepted.
