冰马铃薯片外敷治疗老年患者输液外渗的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的寻求治疗老年患者输液外渗的简单、有效方法。方法将100例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。观察组采用冰马铃薯片外敷肿胀部位,对照组采用50%硫酸镁湿敷肿胀部位,观察并比较两种方法外敷后的治疗效果。结果冰马铃薯片外敷组的疗效明显优于50%硫酸镁湿敷组,两组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论应用冰马铃薯片外敷治疗老年患者输液外渗疗效显著,且安全方便,值得推广。Objective Seeking a simple and effective method to cure infusion extravasation for elderly patients. Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into observation group and contrast group,50 patients in each group. Patients in the observation group were treated with external application of ice potato slice in swollen areas,while the patients in contrast group were taken magnesium sulfate 5%,observing the treatment effect.Results The therapeutic effect of ice potato slices was significantly better than that of 50% magnesium sulfate（ P 〈0. 01）. Conclusions External application of ice potato slice in treat infusion extravasation for elderly patients was effective,safe and convenient simple,worth of spread.
