摘　　要：介绍一种通用卡尺内、外尺寸专用检具的研发背景、构成及工作原理,分析检测数据,并在实际应用中得到可靠的验证,其结构简单、组装快捷、检测直观、方便易行,该专用检具适用于通用卡尺内、外尺寸示值误差的检定或校准。In this essay, the research background of one special fixturefor examining and adjusting both inside and outside dimension of generalcalipers is introduced. The theory for constitution and function of thefixture, the analysis on examination data and the reliable verificationthrough practical applications to real cases are also presented. The fixtureis uncomplicated to constitute, quick to assemble, easy to examine andconvenient to operate; it is applicable to examine or adjust the deviationof both inside and outside dimension of the calipers.
