摘　　要：河北省磁县是我国食管癌高发地区之一、"全国肿瘤登记示范中心"和"食管癌早诊早治示范基地",为完善肿瘤登记网络、上消化道癌早诊早治项目的实施和食管癌前病变病理样本的储备,2011年筹建以食管癌、贲门癌为重点的生物样本库。其特点是除收集临床中晚期食管癌、贲门癌患者的组织及血液外,还能够获得食管、贲门癌前病变及早期病变患者的上皮活检组织、血液样本,结合肿瘤登记及人群随访,方便管理及资源利用。Cixian county has a high incidence of esophageal cancer in China. To build the ' National Cancer Registry Demonstration Center' and ' Early Detection and Treatment of Esophageal Cancer Demonstration base',to implement comprehensive cancer registry network,upper gastrointestinal cancer early diagnosis and early treatment project,and to reserve esophageal lesions of pathological specimens,in 2011 we began to build esophageal cancer and cardia-focused biobank. In addition to collect,tissue and blood from advanced esophageal and cardia cancer patients,we can get early biopsies and blood samples in patients with precancerous conditions. Combined with tumor registration and patient's follow-up,it is convenient for resource management and utilization.
