京津冀城市群信息资源协同共建对策

摘　　要：通过对京津冀信息资源建设面临的机遇和问题进行讨论,指出要使京津冀城市群信息资源共建共享实现实质进展,必须从发挥城市集群间政府作用,实现统筹规划;规范信息资源市场;发挥中心城市的带动作用并建立联合采购信息系统;协调知识产权与信息资源共享关系几个方面着手建设。Based on information resources construction of the beijing‐tianjin‐hebei region is facing opportuni‐ties and problems are discussed ,and points out that to make the beijing‐tianjin‐hebei urban agglomeration information resources co‐construction and sharing to realize substantial progress ,must play a role of city government betw een cluster ,realize overall planning ;Specification information resource market ;Play the leading role of the central city and establish joint procurement information system ;Coordinate the relation‐ship between intellectual property and information resources sharing construction of several aspects .
