创新文化指标体系的构建

摘　　要：创新文化是人类文化不断发展的产物,是包含创新的思想观念文化、制度文化和物质文化等多层次的文化系统。创新文化评价指标体系是衡量一个城市创新文化水平的标准。介于创新文化的特殊性,创新文化指标体系领域的研究在我国尚属空白。提出城市创新文化指标体系的构建原则和框架,以便于各个城市科学衡量自身的创新文化水平并发现和弥补不足,更好的发挥创新文化对于城市发展的内在驱动作用。Innovation culture is the product of human culture development ,it is a multi‐level culture system w hich contains innovative ideas of cultural ,institutional culture and material culture .Innovation culture e‐valuation index system is a measurement of one city＇s cultural level .The research in the field of cultural in‐dicators for innovation system in our country is still blank because of the particularity of the innovation culture .This article proposes principles and framework to build the city＇s culture of innovation index sys‐tem so as to measure the level of innovation culture in various cities and compensate for the lack of science and discovery and to better play the role of the internal drive innovation culture for urban development .
