摘　　要：大学生宿舍交往是否和谐是影响其心理健康发展的重要因素。基于在大学生心理困扰求助解决途径中,以找知心朋友、查阅图书馆的心理健康类文献和自我解决为主,图书馆在运用阅读疗法解决大学生宿舍交往方面对症实施,阅疗导员将阅读疗法与心理疏导相结合,指导大学生的日常学习和生活,对于大学生的心理健康维护与促进起到重要作用,收到了实效。Interpersonal communication of college students dormitory students embodied communication , interpersonal dormitory students is harmonious or not is an important factor affecting the mental health of College students .In the psychological distress students help approach based on psychological education ,to find information ,access to the library＇s intimate friend and self addressed based .The library to solve inter‐personal aspects of symptomatic implementation in the use of reading therapy ,reading therapy and psy‐chological counseling combined ,to guide college students daily study and life ,for college students＇psycho‐logical health maintenance and promotion play an important role ,received actual effect .
