摘　　要：研究生导师肩负着培养高等人才的重任,其整体素质是决定研究生培养质量最关键的因素。研究生导师通过提高自身职业道德素质、业务素质、情感素质和培育良好的环境氛围,能更有效地发挥隐性教育作用和示范效应。Graduate supervisors take up the heavy responsibility on training senior talents .The overall quali‐ty of the supervisor is the most critical factor for the quality of postgraduates .Supervisors can play the role of recessive education and demonstration more effectively by improving their occupation moral quality , professional competence ,affective quality and cultivation of good academic atmosphere .
