摘　　要：直井压裂施工中,随着压裂层位逐渐增多,缝内转向、段内多缝等新型压裂工艺的应用,压裂工具必须承受更高压差、承压时间更长、反复坐封次数更多、密封效果更好。为了提高压裂工具的性能,以试验为基础,优选橡胶材料,优化工具结构,研制出新型多层无阻分压合采压裂管柱。该管柱由BZ-K344型封隔器、喷砂滑套、防砂水力锚及安全接头等组成,通过油管连接。封隔器坐封可靠、承压能力强,压裂完成即自动解封,便于起出管柱。投入不同尺寸轻质球可打开相应滑套,压裂完成后轻质球在排液过程中返出地面,实现井筒无阻生产。该管柱1次下入可实现10层压裂,目前已成功应用31口井,均取得良好效果。As the fracturing layers gradually increases,fracture change direction,segment multi-fracture and other new technology used in well,fracturing tools must withstand higher pressure, the pressure resistant of longer time,repeatedly setting more and better sealing effect.In order to improve the performance of fracturing tools,based on our tests,the better rubber material and op-timization structure of the tools are chosen to develop a new type of multi-layer separated layer fracturing coupled with unhindered production frac-string.The string contains the new BZ-K344 frac-packer,sleeve,sand control hydraulic anchor,and safety joint.The frac-packer setting is relia-ble and bearing capacity is strong and unlocks automatically to facilitate the sting tripping out af-ter fracturing.Putting in the appropriate size lightweight ball can open the sliding sleeve,after fracturing,the balls return to surface with fracturing liquid in flowing back to achieve unhindered production.Once the string deployed in well,ten layer fracturing can be completed.The frac-string has been successfully applied in 31 wells and achieved good results.
