摘　　要：通过用文献资料法、录像观察法、比较分析法对伦敦奥运会中国女排的6场比赛视频进行统计分析,从单项技术和集体战术两个大方面进行研究,单项技术主要从发球、扣球、拦网和失误等4个方面进行研究;集体战术主要从强攻、快攻、后排进攻等3方面进行研究.从中发现问题并提出相应的对策,为以后中国女排的科学训练提供理论基础.This paper statistically analyzed 6matches video of Chinese women＇s volleyball team in London Olympics by using the methods of literature study,video observation and comparative analysis,which mainly conducted research from two aspects：the individual skills and the collective tactics.The individual skills containe serving,spiking,blocking and faults,while the collective tactics included forced attack,fast-break and back row attack.Then this paper put forward Chinese women＇volleyball team＇s problems and provides the relative suggestions,which set theoretical basis for Chinese women′s volleyball team′s future training.
