摘 要:目的观察健脾益肺口服液对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)"肺脾气虚证"大鼠动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、pH及血氧饱和度(SaO2)的影响。方法将65只Sprague-Dawley成年雄性大鼠随机分为6组,即正常对照组,健脾益肺口服液高、中、低剂量组,模型组,地塞米松组。用烟熏加脂多糖(LPS)复制COPD"肺气虚证"模型,然后用大黄灌胃复制"脾气虚证"模型;在造模第14天开始给药,造模结束后取大鼠动脉血,抗凝,血气分析仪测定大鼠动脉血pH、PaO2、PaCO2及SaO2等指标。结果模型组大鼠SaO2、PaO2显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05);健脾益肺口服液高、中、低剂量组和地塞米松组SaO2、PaO2均较模型组显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);健脾益肺口服液高、中、低剂量组及地塞米松组对pH、PaCO2均有改善作用,但其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论健脾益肺口服液能改善COPD大鼠缺氧,提高其动脉血PaO2,但对动脉血PaCO2、pH无显著影响。Objective To observe the influence of spleen-strengthening and lung-tonifying liquid on arterial carbon dioxide tension(PaCO2),arterial oxygen tension(PaO2),pH,arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2) of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) with lung-spleen qi deficiency syndrome in rats. Methods A total of 65 Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal control group,spleen-strengthening and lung-tonifying liquid groups in low,middle and high dosage,model group and dexamethasone(DM) group. Rats was treated with smoke and lipopolysaccharide(LPS) for establishing the model of lung-qi deficiency. Then from gavaging rats with rhubarb liquid,the model of spleen-qi deficiency was derived. Rats were administrated for 14 days. After model-making,arterial blood was taken,then treated with anticoagulation,and pH,PaO2,PaCO2,and SaO2 were measured by arterial blood gas analysis. Results SaO2,PaO2 of model group were significantly lower than those of normal control group(P〈0. 05). SaO2,PaO2 in all treatment groups and DM group obviously increased compared with those in model group(P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01). Spleen-strengthening and lung-tonifying liquid and DM could improve pH and PaCO2,but there was no significant difference among them( P〉0. 05). Conclusion Spleen-strengthening and lung-tonifying liquid could improve the hypoxia and the PaO2 of the rats with COPD. But there was no obvious influence on PaCO2 and pH.
