摘　　要：结合北京北方车辆集团有限公司的甲板加热压型淬火热处理生产线,对整条生产线的自动化系统的组成、结构、功能进行了介绍,着重阐述了生产线中辊底式热处理炉的燃烧系统与自动化系统和整条生产线的控制。Combined with deck type heating pressure quenching heat treatment production line in Beijing North Vehicles Group Co., Ltd, the composition, structure and functions of the whole production line automation system are described, and emphatically expounds the roller hearth heat treatment in the production line of combustion system, the automation system and the control of the whole production line.
