摘　　要：论述了环形套筒窑耐火材料的重要性以及实施精细化管理施工的必要性,研究套筒窑耐材砌筑施工精细化管理实施方法,阐述了施工精细化管理的具体措施、技术要求及实施过程,为窑炉工程耐火衬里砌筑工程质量的提高起到了保障和借鉴作用。The importance of the refractory of circular sleeve kiln and the necessity in the implementation of delicacy management for construction are discussed, the implementation method for the delicacy management of sleeve kiln refractory masonry construction is studied, and the detailed measures,technical requirements and implementation process for the delicacy management of construction are expounded, which play good security and reference role for improving the quality of refractory lining masonry work of kiln engineering.
