摘　　要：基于《中国公民科学素质基准》(征求意见稿)制定调查问卷,选取了京津沪渝湘川等六个具有代表性的省市进行测评,共抽样12015份。尝试性地提出了一套全新的公民科学素质测评指标体系,通过计算,得到六省市公民科学素质基准的达标率,计算结果基本符合中国人群的客观实际。分析了不同区域和各类人群的达标率,最后提出了相关建议。Based on the questionnaire designed according to ＂Benchmarks for China＇s Civilian Scientific Literacy＂（Opinion Soliciting Draft）,we selected 12,015 citizens in six representative cities and provinces,Beijing,Tianjin,Shanghai,Chongqing,Hunah＇and Sichuan,to evaluate citizens＇ scientific literacy.This study established a new index system to evaluate the civic scientific literacy in China.We got a reasonable result by the calculation,which fit Chinese citizens＇ current condition fairly well.This study also verified the feasibility of ＂ Benchmarks for China＇s Civic Scientific Literacy＂.The standard-reaching rate of Benchmarks among different group of people in different regions was analyzed.In the end,some relevant suggestions were put forward.
