环保型组合烟花底座生产设备的研制

摘　　要：针对现有手工纸质卷筒拼装组合成型的烟花底座,工序繁多、形状不规则、泥底松紧不一等质量问题。研制出用植物纤维、碳化钙和淀粉等作为原材料,根据淀粉材料高温发泡压制成型原理,开发环保型组合烟花底座生产设备。烟花底座通过模具压制成形,所有动作通过PLC程序控制,它的成功研发是烟花行业的一次革命。Some quality problems exists in the present firework pedestal assembled by the handwork paper coiling block,such as the various process,the out-of-shape,the different degree of tightness of mud bottom,etc.Aiming at solving the above problems,plant fiber,calcium carbide,starch,etc.are adopted as raw material,and according to the theory of high-temperature foaming compression moulding of starch,the production equipment of environment-friendly combination firework pedestal is developed.Firework pedestal is shaped by mould sup-press,and all actions are controlled by PLC process,the successful research and development of which is a revolution in firework industry.
