摘  要:为避免车用柴油机共振破坏问题,采用有限元分析方法建立车用柴油机振动方程,通过求解车用柴油机振动方程得到车用柴油机振动系统的固有频率和主振型,并与实验模态分析结果进行对比。研究结果表明,前6阶的理论模态频率与实验模态频率的相对误差在-5%-5%之间波动,其最大相对误差为4.480%,最小相对误差为-4.809%,表明车用柴油机的理论模态分析结果是有效的,可信度较高。In order to avoid the damage problems of vehicle diesel engine vibration, vehicle diesel engine vibration equation was established by applying finite element analysis method. Natural frequency and dominant vibration mode of the vehicle diesel engine vibration system were gained by solving vehicle diesel engine vibration equation and compared with the experimental modal analysis' results. The results show that the fluctuation of the relative errors between the first 6-order theoretical modal frequencies and its experimental modal frequencies for vehicle diesel engine is-5% to 5%, and the maximum relative error is 4.480% and the minimum relative error is-4.809%, which indicates that the theoretical modal analysis results of vehicle diesel engine are effective and credible.
