摘 要:以筛选出能高效吸附Cu2+的菌株Z-6(克雷伯氏杆菌,Klebsiella sp)为研究对象,火山岩为载体,构建曝气生物滤池(BAF)反应器,研究BAF对矿山酸性废水(AMD)中Cu2+的去除效果和Klebsiella sp吸附Cu2+的机理。研究结果表明:在BAF反应器系统中,溶液中Cu2+的去除是通过火山岩表面生物膜的作用,而非火山岩滤料的作用;单段BAF在停留时间4 h、气水质量比为3:1时,菌株对pH=3,Cu2+质量浓度为50 mg/L的废水处理效果最优,去除率可达89.20%;串联两段BAF处理pH=3,Cu2+质量浓度为100 mg/L的废水,Cu2+总去除率达到99.21%,出水Cu2+质量浓度为0.78 mg/L,达到《污水综合排放标准》二级出水水质指标;铜质量分数为4.32%,富集倍数可达2.90倍;菌株Z-6存在—OH,—CH,C—N,—C=O,—CH2和—CONH2等活性基团;其中—OH和—NH及—CONH2以化学吸附的方式吸附Cu2+,而—CH,酰胺Ⅰ峰—C=O,C—O和C—N在吸附过程中主要以物理吸附为主。To screen out the strains Z-6(Klebsiella sp) as the research object, which can effectively adsorb Cu^2+, taking volcanic rocks as the carrier, the BAF reactor was constructed. The removal effect with Cu^2+ in the BAF reactor in acid mine drainage and the mechanism of the Klebsiella sp adsorption with Cu^2+ were studied. The results indicate that, in BAF reactor system, the removal of Cu^2+ is through the biological membrane which is on the surface of volcanic rocks, rather than volcanic filter material. The optimization running conditions of the single BAF for treating the wastewater at pH 3.0 and 50 mg/L Cu^2+ are obtained as resident time of 4 h and air water ratio of 3:1. Under these conditions, the Cu^2+removal rate of the reactor reaches the maximum of 99.21% and the Cu^2+ concentration of effluence is 0.78 mg/L, which satisfies the II level of the wastewater discharge standard. After recycling treatment, the copper content is 4.32% and the enrichment ratio is 2.90 times. That the Strain Z-6 has active groups such as —OH, —CH, C—N, —C=O, —CH2 and —CONH2, the adsorptions of —OH, —NH and —CONH2 are the chemical adsorption, while the groups of —CH, —C=O, C—O and C—N are mainly by physical adsorption in the adsorption progress.
