摘 要:以猪粪中金霉素为研究对象,通过室内培养试验,研究不同环境条件下猪粪中金霉素的释放过程。结果表明:猪粪中金霉素具有初始阶段释放速度快而后释放速度减慢的规律,且猪粪中金霉素的释放速率与不同的环境条件有关。模拟酸雨对金霉素的释放有重要的影响,同时对土壤有机质的释放也有一定程度影响,p H 5.0培养前后,土壤有机质显著降低,猪粪中金霉素的释放量也明显减少;高温有利于猪粪中金霉素的释放;光照条件下金霉素累积释放量大于避光处理。试验数据分析表明,温度、p H的最优模型是Elovich模型,光照和避光的最优模型是一级动力学方程。The kinetic process of chlortetracycline release from the pig manure under various parameters such as temperature,pH and irradiation was investigated by indoor cultivation test. The results showed that the chlortetracycline in pig manure released fast at the beginning of the experiment, but then the release rate slowed down. The amount of chlortetracycline released in the pig manure was mainly controlled by the various parameters, water pH, temperature and moisture, pH of irrigated water had an important effect on the release of chlortetracycline. The release of chlortetracycline in pig manure was enhanced by the increase of water pH: The temperature has positive effect on the release amount of chlortetracycline from pig manure. Illumination increased the release of chlortetracycline than that of darkness. The release of chlortetracycline under different temperature and watering pH could be fitted well by Elovich model, and the release of chlortetracycline under different light conditions could be fitted well by the pseudo firs-order equation.
