摘  要:为了优化大岩桐组培快繁条件,以其组培苗为试验材料,研究了不同浓度MS培养基中无机盐大量成分、蔗糖、琼脂、6-BA对继代培养和腋芽增殖生长的影响。结果表明:MS无机盐大量成分和蔗糖浓度对继代培养的组培苗的鲜重、株高、根长具有显著影响;6-BA对腋芽再生增殖倍数影响极显著,MS培养基使用1/2浓度的无机盐大量成分,添加40 g/L蔗糖、6.0 g/L琼脂配合0.2 mg/L 6-BA可以取得较好的继代培养和腋芽增殖效果。In order to optimize the in vitro culture conditions of Sinningia speciosa, different concentrations of MS macro salt components,sucrose, agar powder, and 6-BA were used in the culture medium,and their effects on on the regeneration from axillary buds of Sinningia speciosa were investigated. The results showed that the fresh weight,plant height and root length of sub-cultured aseptic plantlets were significantly affected by the concentrations of MS macro salt components and sucrose,and the multiplication factor of axillary buds was most significantly affected by the concentration of 6-BA. The culture medium consisted of half strength of MS macro salt components,40 g/L sucrose and 6 g/L agar combined with O. 2 mg/L 6-BA was efficient for the sub-culture and proliferation of axillary buds of Sinningia speciosa.
