摘 要:以抗旱品种沟叶结缕草和干旱敏感品种青岛结缕草为材料,研究了其在干旱胁迫过程中草坪质量和叶片生理特征(叶片水势、水分利用效率、过氧化氢酶活性、相对电导率、丙二醛含量)的变化。结果表明:在干旱胁迫过程中两种草坪草草坪质量和CAT活性逐渐下降,叶片水势先下降后上升,水分利用效率先上升后下降,相对电导率和丙二醛含量持续上升。在干旱胁迫过程中,抗旱性较强的沟叶结缕草能够保持较高的草坪质量和CAT酶活性,较低的叶片水势和水分利用效率、细胞膜透性和MDA含量。A drought-resistant Zoysia matrella and a drought-sensitive Z. japonica 'Qingdao' were used as test materials and their variations during drought stress were investigated in terms of turf qual- ity and physiological properties. The results showed that during drought stress both zoysiagrasses' turf quality and CAT activity decreased gradually, their leaf water potential first decreased and then in- creased and their water use efficiency first increased and then decreased ,while their leaf relative conductivity and MDA content increased continuously; The drought-resistant Z. matrella was higher in turf quality and CAT activity and less in leaf water potential, water use efficiency, leaf relative conductivity and MDA content,and those morphological and physiological properties could be used to select drought-resistant materials.
