摘　　要：介绍了变性梯度凝胶电泳技术的原理及其在动物肠道微生物群落研究中的应用,并对该技术的应用前景进行了展望。The principles of denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis（DGGE） technical and its application in animal intestinal microflora were introduced briefly in this paper, and the future development and possible applications of the technology were prospected.
