MEBO联合创疡贴治疗慢性皮肤溃疡的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察湿润烧伤膏(Moist Exposed Burn Ointment,MEBO)联合创疡贴治疗慢性皮肤溃疡的疗效。方法对38例慢性皮肤溃疡患者的75个创面采用MEBO联合创疡贴治疗,早期或浅表性溃疡创面外涂MEBO后用创疡贴包扎治疗;中期或较深的溃疡创面外涂MEBO后外敷MEBO药纱包扎治疗;后期创面单纯应用创疡贴包扎治疗;存在潜腔的创面采用MEBO药纱条填塞引流,观察各种溃疡创面的愈合情况。结果 38例患者的75处溃疡创面的总有效率为100.0%,其中治疗第7、14、28天和2个月的总有效率分别为66.7%、95.5%、98.5%和100.0%;75处溃疡创面的痊愈率为80.0%,其中治疗第7、14、28天和2个月的创面痊愈率分别为0%、15.0%、50.8%和74.2%。结论 MEBO联合创疡贴治疗慢性皮肤溃疡疗效可靠、操作简便、经济安全,是治疗慢性皮肤溃疡的有效疗法,值得基层医院广泛推广。Objective To observe the treatment efficacy of MEBO combined with wound and ulcer dressing in treating chronic skin ulcers .Methods The 38 patients with chronic skin ulcers were treated with MEBO combined with wound and ulcer dressing on their 75 wounds .MEBO was smeared onto early or superficial ulcer , followed by bandaging with wound and ulcer dressing .Medium stage or rather deep ulcer was smeared with MEBO followed by bandaging with MEBO gauze.And, later stage wounds were simply bandaged with wound and ulcer dressing;the wounds with hidden cavity were treated with MEBO gauze for filling and draining .Healing conditions of all wounds were observed .Results Total ef-fective rate for 75 ulcer wounds of 38 patients is 100%, which number is 66.7%, 95.5%, 98.5% and 100.0%on the 7th, 14th, 28th day and the 2nd month of treatment respectively;the healing rate for the 75 ulcers is 80.0%, which num-ber is0%, 15.0%, 50.8%and 74.2%on the 7th, 14th, 28th day and the 2nd month of treatment respectively .Conclu-sion Treatment of chronic skin ulcer with MEBO combined with wound and ulcer dressing features reliable effect , conven-ient operation , being cost effective and safe use , which is an effective therapy for chronic skin ulcer , worth being widely promoted in root hospitals .
